Shout out to Planet Ill for letting me shoot NBA 1st Draft Pick John Wall, at the Reebok press release for John Wall’s New Zigtech Sneaker. Congratulations to John Wall he is a very humble dude.

Had my daughter with me for a couple of weeks, in NYC, and I had to take her back, just to come back the next day. The flight was crazy going but coming back was smooth, until we went through those clouds.

The Orignal House That Ruth Built (The Old Yankee Staduim)

On a rainy, Tuesday afternoon, I decided to see the last of the original Yankee Stadium being torn down. All Photo Taken By Kevin A. Richards Photography © 2010

With 12 days left before baseball season, it’s said that the bleachers had to be
taken down before the new season begins.

When I got there, the construction workers were securing the cables
to the bleachers and preparing to pull them from 3 forklifts. The cable pop the first time they tried and it took about an half and hour to set it up again. The second they tried it again and the bleacher second came tumbling down in less than 2 seconds. Check out the photos below.

Kicking off 2010 with KAR Photography Prints for sale

•March 3, 2010 • Leave a Comment

Although we’re in the 3rd month of the new year, and my last blog was in December. I still think its not to late to say Happy New Years to everyone. I had a great time taking photos and bringing in the New Year at Questans in Harlem on 113th and Frederick Douglass Blvd. and then going to Tah-Bu (formerly the old Jimmy’s) in the Bronx after to bring in the new year with some of my family.

I kicked off February by spending some time with my new born daughter in Florida.

I enjoyed the great weather, always watched the weather channel to see how winter was living up to its name in New York. I realize that I got out of NYC just in time, being in Florida it was only right that I stopped at one of the tourist attractions, Universal Studio’s. Filled with roller coasters, men and woman taking photos on stilts and and Blondie performing live for Universal Studio Mardi Gras Celebration. I only had one thing in mind and that was getting a photo of the Universal globe. Check out the photo

While taken a break from the city that never sleeps I actually got some work done. Like finishing up photo albums, and my website. My site is finish and you can now go and see my portfolio along with my land scaping prints for sale.

LOOK OUT FOR ANAYA (NEW R&B ARTIST)

•December 23, 2009 • Leave a Comment

Listen out for new R&B Recording Artist Anaya, I had the pleasure of shooting her earlier this month for her cd cover. She was great to work with on that freezing cold Saturday afternoon. She made shooting outside in the freezing cold, on an elevator and ledge look as if it was 80 degrees.
Special thank you to Soup, and Lambert Treasures for this shoot.
